Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4 PM Pacific Time ship within 24 hours, excluding holidays.

* If an order contains both stock and custom items, the stock items will ship together with the custom items. 

Custom Gloves

Custom gloves typically ship within 5–6 weeks of your order date. Production times may vary based on seasonality, design complexity, and special instructions.

30-Day Returns on In-Stock Products

Unused in-stock products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Contact our Customer Support Team to start a return.

Custom Products Are Final Sale

Due to their personalized nature, custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, canceled, or refunded once an order is placed. Please review all custom selections carefully before checkout. If your product arrives with an issue or does not match your order specifications, contact our Customer Support Team for assistance.
