44 Pro Family Story
From their Southern Californian garage, Randy and Brent Habert started 44 Pro in 2011 with one goal in mind... to create the best custom baseball glove in the game while making it accessible to a wide range of youth, high school and professional players.
Early Days
The father-and-son founders poured over custom baseball glove designs from the onset. To this day, they haven't stopped investing countless hours into the glove-building process each day with a keen focus on the individual needs of players.
Randy and Brent set up often at The Diamond, home of the Lake Elsinore Storm in Lake Elsinore, CA. The Storm were one of the many pro baseball teams we visited to help develop our product and learn what elite players need.
2012
In 2012, we commemorated one full year in the glove business with a celebratory 44 cake! This photo was taken inside the very garage where 44 began.
To ensure the player remained the lifeblood of 44 Pro, Randy and Brent ventured from field-to-field, clubhouse-to-clubhouse getting input from a wide variety of ballplayers at every stage of development.
2019
In 2019, due the growing usage of 44 in the professional baseball, 44 Pro was added to the popular video game, "The Show".
