Custom Product Stages of Production

44 Pro Custom Products follow a Stage Process so you can track the progress of your order with regular updates that will be emailed to you.

 

Promotional Orders and Orders with Special Instructions: During high order volume periods, our factories may experience limited capacity which may increase lead times by an additional 7-14 Days. Orders with “special instructions” or orders that violate our custom text / design rules may be put in "pending status" and will not begin production stages until all specs are confirmed. All quoted lead times below are estimates based on our years of experience, but are not guaranteed.

 

CUSTOM GLOVE STAGES

Approximate lead time = Standard Production, 4-6 weeks. Ordering during a promotional period or requesting Special Instructions on your order may increase lead time. 

Stage	Estimated Time	Description
Order Placed	1 Day	Your order details are sent directly to our production team and placed into a production batch at our factory.
Stage 1 – Mold Cut	7 Days	A Craftsman gathers your selected materials and cuts each leather component by hand. All leather stampings are applied during this stage.
Stage 2 – Embroidery	7 Days	All custom and standard embroidery (including text, logos, and graphics) is completed according to your order specs.
Stage 3 – In Production	14-28 Days	Your glove is moving through the final production steps performed by our skilled craftsmen based on your specific order. Timing in this stage varies based on the handcrafted nature of your glove. Important: This is the final production update you will receive until your order is ready to ship.
Shipped	1 Day	Once these stages are complete, you will receive a tracking number to the email on file for your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking details page.

CUSTOM BATTING GLOVE STAGES

Approximate lead time = 5-6 Weeks

Stage 1	Building your Batting Glove	21-28 Days	Your order is assigned to a craftsman who will prepare materials, cut, and sew your custom batting glove order
Stage 2	Preparing for Shipment	3-5 Days	Your batting glove has begun the shipment process. This step includes the transit time from our factory to our warehouse. Once your order has been processed for shipment you will be emailed a tracking number directly from the carrier.
